Tap the Add button , then tap Custom or browse additional options.
Enter a name for your Focus.
Choose a color and an icon to represent your Focus, then tap Next.
Customize the options for your Focus.

UPDATE; Android 13 👿🤬: hangs on "is being turned on"! WAS: Finally an app that offers usable focus setups, as it doesn't rely on Google's offensive Android 13 DND fiasco! Similarly, it allows you to define RL DND SETUPS that don't wake you up, rendering your phone a pile of shite that lies in the corner whilst you're using an Oreo-based phone that works AS INTENDED. You can define, contact-by-contact, who can get thru, discarding that moronic 'starred' list. YOU decide which apps override DND!

good app, minimal customization for anything except the custom do not disturbs that you make. does what it's made for, just wish i could edit the ones it comes with built in. also a lot of ads.
