This app was wonderful for years, worked perfectly with no issue. Now, however, you have to enroll in their text banking to receive a security code in order to login. I live in an area without cell service, so this has rendered the app useless for me. Terrible responsiveness from customer service when contacted as well; the rep did nothing to try to find a solution for me, but told me she was sorry and ended our conversation. Very, very disappointing.

Checking my account balances and bill pay are always fine, but I use the app mainly for mobile depositing checks. A very high percentage of the time, I have to try uploading the check image over and over before finally having success. Some days, I just give up. Unless I have full 5 bars (5G cell signal), it will usually time out, saying "This device failed to send us any data." Even when it is successful, it takes a long time to upload images. Have consistently had this problem for all years

Idk why but for months I haven't been able to sign on to the app. It tells me my log in info is incorrect. My log in info works just fine on the computer so that's not the actual problem. I've deleted the app and re-download it several times. Juat got a new phone 3 days ago and it still isn't working!! Help! I want to be able to check bank info on my phone already! This is ridiculous
