Over and over, I am locked out of access to the App, and my accounts. When it's my personal account, it's inconvenient for me. When it's my business account, it's inconvenient for my employees and their families. When it happens, the bank customer service is almost always unavailable. We need the customer service that we enjoyed pre-pandemic.

Horrible app! Constantly glitching. I have to go check my balance at the atm several times a week because the app freezes and wont let me login. Its always doing something crazy and not functioning properly. Nothing but problems with it. Even updating it doesnt help. I miss the older version of this app. Never any issues with that one. This new version drives me nuts. Its garbage!!!
