About this game

The classic card game Cribbage also known as Crib, Cribble, and Noddy. A card game traditionally for two players, that involves playing and grouping cards in combinations which gain points. Cribbage has several distinctive features: the cribbage board used for score keeping, the crib, box, or kitty, a separate hand counting for the dealer, two distinct scoring stages (the play and the show), aces low, and a unique scoring system including points for groups of cards that total fifteen (15).

This Cribbage mobile app lets you play the classic card game Cribage anywhere without needing your wooden Cribbage pegging board. You can play online or even offline. The playing cards are large so Grandpa will have no trouble playing his favorite board game. All the scoring is automatic using the built-in calculator including a breakdown of the point details, so no need for Muggins or Shotgun Cribbage.

I love this game! If you dont know how to play cribbage, this game shows you each hand and how it was scored. But if you already know how to play, there are 3 levels of difficulty. Plus, you can decide to see how the cards were scored, or just go to the next hand. Really fun, plus the strategic part of the game stimulates the mind as you get faster in your mental abilities to outwit your opponent!

Edit: It seems the updates to this game have made it much better! I LOVE this game but... If the AI in this game was a person, I would tell them "You are not shuffling the cards enough!!" Been playing this app both online and solo for a few years. Enough to recognize that there's a need for better randomization in dealing cards. I've seen same cards and same hand (different suits) frequently, sometimes in the next hand. Other than that, the game runs very well online and solo!

The game is generally fine. Boards purchased with points suffer from a lack of clarity/contrast, so I don't use them, but cosmetics are otherwise fine. There are some strange forced delays during gameplay, e.g. during play when the opponent has no cards to play, it seems to take the game five seconds to decide it's your turn. Clicking a card before that returns a "wait for your turn" warning. A simple check in code could bypass that. Playing with a friend seems impossible.
