It's not straightforward such previous ones. meaning you can't see or redial previous calls. You ve to back to contact and then select and dial it zll over. sometimes to it doesn't connect or tell you how much credit you have b4 the call. Totally not up 2my standard. it needs improving

Hi, thank you for your feedback. There is a clock icon that's located to the left of the contacts icon that shows your call history and allows you to easily redial previous numbers. When dialing with WiFi / Mobile Data method, you won't hear your account balance before the call. You can rely on the account balance displayed in the top left corner.

Why change the icon on google play store that your regular customers know to something totally new to them without any form of communication. This app is becoming a joke. I just changed phones and i cant seem to find the old app that worked so well on the Google play store..... instead they have this new app called V2 which is not user friendly. The new app cant intercept international calls that i place on my phone. BRING BACK THE OLD APP OR I WILL SWITCH SERVICES......

Thank you for your feedback. It's easy to call all your phone contacts directly within the V2 app. You can search for an international contact or dial an international number in our app just as you would from the Android phone dialer without worrying about a call intercept. Pros: Better rates of international calling than most other international apps. Does not gobble your balance weekly or monthly when inactive. Cons: Poor quality abd static sounds continue to be the case. Customer service has improved.
