The app interface is excellent and the teachers' way of explaining the content is easy and intuitive, The problem is only with the technical support team, they never reply nor do any app related help. This app is running very slowly in my mobile, sometimes the app does not run at all for several hours. Please help sir🙏🙏 problem not solved 🙏

the app is not working in my phone like when I tried to open video it says app not responding and now I tried reinstalling but not able to login , the app was working fine earlier. Please resolve issues I live in London. I used it for few days without any issues untill yesterday.

Customer service not working. Everytime I format my device & reinstall the app it reduces my device changing attempts although I am using the app only in same device. When I try to send mail for help it shows technical issue & try again later .
