*The app can only be used by customers with au contracts or UQ mobile contracts who have an au ID (customers with povo contracts cannot use it).

・Inquiry function by phone or chat, and reservation function for telephone inquiries

4. Smartphone diagnostic function
・Easily diagnose smartphone symptoms and malfunctions and provide easy-to-understand solutions.

*For devices with Android 10 or higher, data cleaning will be performed on the user area (the area where data of each downloaded application is saved).
*For devices with Android 11 or higher, data cleaning will be performed using the data clear function built into Android 11.
