Love the idea of the app...but my softener unit and drinking water are too old that the serial #s aren't found during lookup. It's a shame that there isn't a manual entry option for equipment. I contacted Kinetico and they were manually able to add my softener but not the drinking water system as it is discontinued. So the durability and longevity of your systems negate using current technology for monitoring them 😕

Super slow to load. Unable to login with my reset password (and no error as to why). Given the cost of these systems, one would think the app would be better... The systems are great, though.

The app keeps telling me my email is invalid, which is funny since Kinetico has been sending emails to it for years. I'm not mistyping it either. The app is just stuck on stupid. Please fix this and I'll update my rating. --long-time customer, Berea, Oh
