Sorry.. your app currently sucks.. setting pickup and dropoff times in 10 minute increments is a bad idea.. especially if you can't get a car in that location and change.. the whole thing resets and you have to scroll through and set the times again.. this whole part of you app is a terrible user experience... did anyone do any user testing? also with my phone I can't actually unlock or lock the car unless I force close the app.. Currently an awful experience and will now start using Mevo

Cars work fine, but all functionality abominable. Have had a recent trip where app lock/unlock delays cost us a significant amount of time such that we have been charged for being late for a booking. Further to this we left the car locked (we tested and retested) and customer service are saying we didn't lock the car until 30 minutes after we did, and won't accept proof that we did (such as internet history, and they refuse to go into app logs to verify that we initiated the lock at that time)

I had reserved a van, starting at 3.10pm. Txt at 2.09pm informed me that a van "waits for you". Indeed I did see a cityhop van in the mitre10 carpark. At 3.05pm I received a txt informing me that the vehicle is "currently unavailable". No apology, only a suggestion that I contact them "through the app". The app warned me of a 2 day turnaround on a msg. Recorded msg on phone gave no indication of how long it'd be before someone would answer, "high call volumes." Uninstalling now
