■ Transfer couldn’t be simpler than this.
-Enter the amount in a large and visible way!
- Enter your account number and we will automatically find your bank.
- You can send a message card containing your feelings to the person who sent you money.

■ I find it annoying to touch twice, transfer photos/multiple items
- Account number, don’t enter it, just take a picture
- What if you need to send money to multiple people? Solved in one go with multiple transfers

■ Only the main menu, large font banking
- We created a large font mode for customers who are uncomfortable with small fonts.
- Use the main menu (balance inquiry, transaction history inquiry, transfer) more easily.

■ When the balance is insufficient, fill/auto recharge

For safe financial transactions, BNK Gyeongnam Bank mobile banking service cannot be used on rooted devices. Please initialize the terminal through the manufacturer's A/S center and then use the Kyongnam Bank app.
*Rooting: Obtaining administrator rights on a mobile device equipped with the Android operating system. The OS of the terminal has been tampered with or has been altered by malicious code, etc.

Additionally, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to in the existing app do not change, so in order to reset the access rights, you must delete and reinstall the app to set the access rights normally.

From what I can find in the settings, there is no English interface like their was with the previous version. Super frustrating, might as well change banks, it's a real pity cause the previous app was really easy to use and I could do pay my electricity and gas bill without any issues.

기본적으로 타행어플에 비해 느리고 지문인식도 안될경우가 많으며 최근 진행하는 복주머니 이벤트같은 경우 복주머니 도착했다는 문구만 뜰뿐 화면은 백지뿐이고 난장판임 / Basically the app is slower than other bank apps, unrealised fingerprint so commonly. I wanna say this app is entirely the worst
