I have been using it to track my fluid in / out and finding it very handy, and the doctor and nurse I showed it to in the Renal clinic agree. They are going to recommend it to their patients. There are no instructions, I spotted, but if you add some sample info into the Track section then the filters in the Log section become obvious. As does the rest. I find it intuitive and simple to use. And, when I am not feeling awake, a lot easier to track with than finding the pen and paper. It takes a few seconds to enter the info and then I can forget about it until I am awake properly. To view previous entries you just click on the Date shown in the Log section and then you select whichever date you want to view. So i like to compare with previous days. It also allows you to export the data, view selected date ranges in the Analytics section, add details like Urgency when entering Urination in the Track. In fact in the Track section you choose; Urination, Fluid Intake, Leak, Urge, Catheter or make a Note. The Running Total lets me compare how much is going in compared to out which then prompts me to drink some more water :-) So all in all It has been excellent but it is nice to know the developer is still planning improvements

Hi Viktor, Thank you so much for creating this easy to use app. Not easy to find but more useful than mist that I have come across and without having to purchase expensive digital equipment to go alongside it that will only work if you have 4G or 5G and our great WiFi. This you can use offline. And there's nothing you need to synchronise to! 👀😱🙏🏽💯

Very very good and useful all, I have just had a kidney transplant last week and got home from hospital 2 days ago, and I have to measure my input and output, not yet tried exporting the data but hope itll go in to excel so I can add all the necessary hospital ID numbers and name and what not so when I go to clinic for check up I can print it off and show them, I'm 26 so it far better to have this all on a app instead of using pen and paper so I thank you for an amazing app

I'm glad you find the app useful! When exporting you can export directly to PDF and you could edit it to include your name (or use a pen). You can also export the zip file, extract it and in the Excel "data" tab import from text. It should work, but you have to do this for every day logged and there will be some useless data (e.g. urge for intake).
