Terrible terrible app. Since sometime ago top-up via eNets stopped working, and it is still not resolved after 2 months. Have been chasing liquidpay team but to no avail. If you use credit card to top up, you cannot remove the card from the app, the Liquidpay team has to remove it. Honestly with the app having so many problems, I am concerned about security issues.

I find that it is not user friendly to use the discount voucher. When I enquire to investigate why discount is not applied, recieved answer that an extra step is needed. Why the need for extra step to apply the discount voucher? It is misleading as a tick was shown on the discount voucher hence I clicked submit and realised the 25% discount was not applied. Not user centric enough, please understand the design has to help users with speed and clarity to execute transaction.

Well the only reason I installed this app was to pay for my coffee cause at the time of purchase the cashier couldn't accept Nets or Credit cards (some issue with their POS). I saw the QR code and said ok lets give it a try. App got installed very well and the setup process was smooth... so an extra star 🌟 for that. but the moment i came to add my card I noticed it's a wallet... 😕 ok.... no problem let's top up the wallet... and guess what it doesn't accepts my credit cards and it asking for Nets... 🤔 ok lets add some cash through Nets using my Debit card... oh guess what now i need my Physical Token device which i don't carry it everyday.... I understand that this is how the integration with Nets functions. (In my opinion it's a failed journey...) oh by the way all these failed process has taken me more than 15min and Guess what.... the POS starts to work... alright let's give it another try another day... oh... wait... i have been logged out?!!! 🤔 I totally understand it's very tough to create an app and i really dont want to be the nagging person.. but please note apps such as yours have a lot of competitor... and a smooth experience is a crucial part of such apps. In my opinion topping up money to the wallet should be the shortest and simplest process.
