I reinstalled the application, after logging in this message will appear: "operation failed". on all networks (4G, 5G, wifi) - update: Thank you so much for the instructions, today when I got home from work the app was working perfectly! (the time zone was set correctly, I don't understand what the problem was.) (:

Please check if the time zone setting is correct, or set it to automatically update the time zone

Update: What I wrote before was just wishful thinking. Registering a new device is just gambling. One never knows when it will work or not. I'm not able to register more than one device in a row. Seems that I have to wait for a day or need to use a different SSID with every device. The app can't finish the "Register Device to cloud server", if trying within the same WLAN. That kind of annoying :-(

Hello, I'm sorry for this . Setting up WiFi socket is related to mobile phone and router. Can you provide your mobile phone and router model so that we can find and fix the problem soon.

Can't connect with the Wifi 2,4 GHz. The Wifi Name hasn't additional character. Neither the quick connection nor the AP mode worked. When i will connect in quick mode, after the indicator is blinking and i confirm the step, the query of the wlan name and password follows again. If i try the AP Mode, the indikator start blinking after 10 seconds, but when i release the button it stops immediately. I have tryed two devices and i'm not able to connect even one thing.

In AP mode, after pressing for 10 seconds, the indicator will flash quickly under normal circumstances. If the indicator stops flashing, you need to try to press the button again, wait for the indicator to flash quickly before proceeding to the next step;
