Been using since 2021, but I dont use them super often because the app is so hard to get connected to the bulbs. They connect to wifi fine (tho my apartment is small). I really just wish the app was better. Also the colors in the "scenes" section really show how off the colors are. Deep blue scene is a white color and the yellow one is dark orange/red. Not a huge issue but color range has always been very skewed to the blue/green side of the color wheel.

Lightbulbs are now permanently offline in the app, so I can't change brightness or colors. There are weird settings and bits of information in the app that the app seems to require, when it really should be as simple as clicking an "on/off", "add", "delete", "customize" button. A lot of strange design choices that bog down the customer experience.

Everything was working until it wasn't. My Alexa kept advising the lightbulbs were no longer active, so I removed them and synced them back to the Lampux app. I then disabled the skill and when I enable it, I get an error. No big deal, I figure I can do it through the app. Downside, I keep getting a screen advising me this version of the app isn't up-to-date. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same error. No new version, can no longer link it with my Alexa.
