About this app

Defigo is the simpler, smarter, safer way to access your building. If your door is served by our intercom, you can:
- open it with the Defigo app, or the Defigo keyless tag;
- answer the doorbell from your phone or tablet;
- receive a video of the guest, talk to them and let them in, wherever you are.
The Defigo app lets you update your profile and audio settings, and choose how you appear on the digital doorbell.

All you need to do is create a profile on Defigo, for free. For any questions about your door or your settings, talk to your building administrator.

Ratings and reviews

If the quality of the application improves for Android phones it might be a three star rating, but now it either crashes or doesn't notify me when having guests, making it worthless as this is our main use case. The video quality is also either over or under saturated, making the video link useless , plus the time it takes to establish the video/audio link is too long anyway.

Often fails to ring and I have missed deliveries because of it. The Defigo system has a few advantages over a wired doorbell especailly when it comes to answering the door remotely. But those advantages are outweighed by unreliabilty due to multiple failure points. If you are thinking of installing Defigo....don't.

The app keeps on crashing and I get these notices that the app has a bug. I have sent several messages in the app asking for support and have never gotten a response from the developer. I don't know when people are ringing my doorbell which has caused me to miss packages, and visitors. I really hate this app.
