3) Financial Management:
The app enables the generation of ledgers and invoices.
Users can check their credit limits and outstanding balances based on invoices.
4) Retailer Registration:
A new feature has been added for retailers to register on the application.
Retailers can go through an approval process by TSO/DO (likely referring to Territory Sales Officer or Delivery Officer) and complete necessary paperwork.Once approved, retailers receive an ID for app usage.
Retailers can place order requests to dealers, who can then process the orders.
Retailers can track the status of their orders from request to delivery.
The feature also provides various reports, such as retailer requests to dealers and reasons for request rejections.
5) SMS Integration for Live Tracking:
The app integrates with the Axestrack system as part of a logistics initiative.
This integration enables real-time GPS tracking of delivery trucks.
When a DO is generated, Axestrack sends a URL with live GPS tracking information to the customer associated with the DO.
Customers can monitor the location of the truck, stops made, and estimated time of arrival using this tracking link.
UI/UX Changes:
The app has undergone a revamp to align with Adani branding and guidelines.
The app's name has been changed to "Adani Cement Connect."
Initially, these changes have been implemented on limited screens, with a complete overhaul planned for the future.
Overall, the ACC Cement Connect app aims to improve the efficiency of cement ordering and tracking processes while providing real-time information to stakeholders and adhering to Adani's branding standards.
