I have grown to love this app. It works. It's reliable. I like it. I no longer live in the USA but Country Bank remains my stateside bank. Their customer support is 5 star. Very responsive and issues get fixed. I have an AT&T account and Capital One account. Both make big claims about their international support. Neither comes close to the ease of Country Bank. The bank is my lifeblood. It's how I get my funds to Asia where I reside. Works fine all the time. Kudos Country!!

Bill pay is not good. It doesn't deduct the amount until it clears. My other bank deducts and shows as "pending." I feel bill pay should be just like using a check book register without having to write it down. Also, when a check is on automatic pay, the system sends the checks without the funds. I think it should be canceled right away instead sending a bad check.

everything used to be great, but now the last two checks i've tried to deposit the app tells me that the amount isn't correct (it is). i moved away from the area 3 years ago and can't drive 1.5 hours to the bank just to deposit a check. i've had this account for 16 years and i'd really rather not switch banks, but this is a bit inconvenient for the occasional paper check that i need to deposit.
