B Safe, the mobile app, makes it easy for employees around workplace to report hazards and safety interactions that they encounter while touring the worksites. Regular workplace inspections can also be carried out and recorded on it so that employees assigned to perform inspections do not need to carry lots of hard copies of inspection checklists and then re-log them on PC’s. Doing so, a huge workload will be eliminated and an easy-to-use statistics will be available on the app to show the improvement in HSE performance and the effective engagement of management and other staff in the day-to-day activities. Not only this, but also the app has lots of other HSE functions like recording safety violations for quick actions, reviewing procedures and SWMS’s for improvement and reviewing incident reports with work teams for lessons learnt.
