App is not good nor bad, just usual. But overal company service and user experience is awful. Don't order anything with meest. First you order and provide all custom clearence documents on shipment creation. Then they hold your parcel as "busted by customs" and ask for those documents once more. You provide docs via mail, support chat, supprot ticket, etc. Then they just don't respond to any calls/chats/mails and can't even confirm they have the documents. horrifically slow. use DHL instead :)

First experience using it. To register the App sends the message with the number, first message hasn't arrived, the number of the second message wasn't accepted, now can't even registrate as it says:" too many attempts". Totally frustrated 😔

This new version of meest does not know anything about my account of prev version. I would think about importing, if you decided to migrate to new app, and not Marge new features in old one... Password restoration does not help - unknown user ID. Sorry, but I have no time to resolve such issues in phone mode. App must work out of the box before you release on market.

Якщо ви переходите зі старого додатку в новий, Вам потрібно провести повторну реєстрацію. На жаль, старі логіни\паролі є недійсними.
