Jaded & Confused
Not a very happy customer (I didn't even know I was until the last couple of months honestly) I know I signed up for this and found out who Pathward was through NetSpend somehow, I'm trying to get into my account so that I can verify my identity and it's not letting me. I've lost access to previous emails this one is the only one that I have.

These people are the worst.I had over $400 in unauthorized purchases and of course it happened during the holiday weekend. I called and you can't understand nothing they are saying. I got the issue resolved only to find out last week that MY money that was taken out of my account for unauthorized purchases, these crooks reversed it and took the money back which made my account negative. Play dirty and I'm going to play dirtier. The BBB is going to get a nice letter about the this bank

I have never been able to log on to my account even while I was on the phone with customer service who kept resetting my password and my username and it still wouldn't let me log on I would not recommend this app for anybody
