very poor app. When we search particular state profile, we get many other states profile. Interests are receiving all over the world. We personally cannot edit partner preferences. Please refund my money after deduction of processing fees. Totally wastage of time and money. Firstly I have to open interest received then deline that because of others state profile or world profile. It's not easy to reach desirable profile because we manage matches or searches,we get all states matches.Refund

Agree with everyone who has mentioned about poor service. Staff are only interested up until payment is received, after that you have to keep chasing them to get anything done. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still counting...either they don't have any profiles to show me or don't value my business enough to give me an update - both reasons are disappointing. I would not recommend this site to anyone. The app is not very user friendly either. The least it can do is to let you update your own partner preference given the unhelpful staff. I have sent a complaint/feedback via the "complaint" link on the app but haven't heard back from anyone. I would appreciate a call from someone in the firm to discuss refund options please.
