This app continually loses my sign info and biometrics. I'm always having to do the full log in with the user name and password. I've unistalled and reinstalled numerous times. When I ask USB, they tell me it's my phone. But this only happens with their app. I have several apps all connected to my fingerprint and never have an issue. UPDATE: Still happening even when the response was they hoped to have it resolved by the end of the month, which was October...

Good morning, Angelo. I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. We've heard from a few customers with the same issue. We hope to have it resolved end of the month. ...and then they said, "There! We have an app." How about a finger scan capability, oh and external transfers? Update: App stopped working inexplicably for a week, providing only an unintelligible error message. I looked for an update but the app store did not list one. I finally uninstalled/reinstalled and after re-enrolling, setting up passcodes again, and skipping through a lot of annoying messages about unnecessary new features, it started working again. Reduced my rating from 2 stars to 1.

This app has been working great for me for years and recently I'm not sure what your app developers are doing but the fingerprint doesn't work. Then the save user ID doesn't work. I've been able to fix issues by uninstalling and reinstalling the app but now I've done that and it won't even let me login. It says it is going to text me a code and never does. Super frustrating.
