• Other manufactures DVR’s ARE NOT supported by the Yale CCTV App.
• This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Yale device via Wifi or 3G/4G. When using 3G/4G connection you mobile phone service provider will likely consider the video footage from your DVR as “downloads” and will contribute to any download usage and limits your mobile phone data plan you have. If you exceed your plan limits you may incur further additional charges. Please consult your service provider regarding the use of video streaming and the impact this may have on your data allowances. Yale will not be responsible for any charges you may incur for usage of this App.

Ratings and reviews

App is glitchy, video doesn't play smoothly. Some cameras produce a very crackly, scratchy background noise. Disconnecting and connecting camera to another network is a nightmare - if you manage to get the cameras working, don't try to tamper with your settings - it's not worth it. Even with a hard ethernet connection they're difficult to get working again. The cameras do work and being able to pan and tilt is good, but if I'd known how much hassle they'd be, I'd have gone with another brand.

Works well for a couple of years. No silly subscriptions and cables. Happy

easy to install and gives a clear picture. App easy to understand.
