This mobile banking app is annoying. I can log in on my laptop but the app does not recognize my online ID??!!! How is this possible??!! I chose to enroll because I was not having much success with the option and it states that someone with my online ID is already enrolled. Make it make sense!!!. Yet, I can not log on.

the app design looks like it was made by an 11 year old, it doesn't show all information needed. by far one of the worst banking apps in barbados. improvements are much needed. the app also crashes too many times and no improvements are made during these.

App does not work for too long at all. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work. After I've logged in, I may not get back into the app for another session. Very buggy. Once you get in, it's very easy to use.
