This was a really great app with unique features that most (and sometimes all) of the local competitors don't have. However, recent issues and errors just logging on to the app have been frustrating. It seems often features like pay a friend, mobile deposit, or even just internal transfers experience problems and aren't available for hours sometimes days. With the adjusted closures and shortened hours, being able to access the app and the specific features is crucial.

The app is very basic for a banking app. Mobile deposit function is frustrating, when you endorse a check it will often not work. I will be submitting multiple checks all with the correct information, clear photo, & in the same lighting; some will be accepted & other not. Also very limited information on deposits, you can't even leave a memo line. When you look at your deposit history it has a line for check # but no information & in spite of taking a photo the check, it is not easy to find!

This app was super convenient and time saving. However for the past month, it does not load and I cannot see any accounts or balances even if it logs me in. Usually this means theres an app update but I checked & nothing. I've been giving it time thinking maybe its a glitch or holiday timing thing, but no it still hasnt fixed itself. I've been having to sign in online using a web browser. Please fix this issue, defeats the purpose of the mobile app otherwise.
