The latest update is still garbage! The app is poorly developed. Errors in many areas as the graphical display when watering is being used. For example, the actual watering is on Wednesday, but the display shows Thursday! Also long delay (several days) in watering activity updates! Layout and functionality are also poorly designed. GUI is frustrating to navigate and is one of the worst on the market! Do NOT buy any Moen hardware that uses this garbage app!

After initial installation, the app worked great with the smart sprinkler controller. A week later, getting an error "can't get schedule". Power cycled device with no change, then reinstalled the controller & now can't save changes to the zones. Can't connect to Alexa or Google. 10/2/24 Update-Called Moen Support yesterday. Kyle was courteous & patient; helped connect the app to my Google Home. Tried to help resolve my sprinkler controller issue w/no success. Waiting for Level 2 to contact me.

Very basic functionality and some of them doesn't work! I tested fine tuning the tap it said it is dispensing the water but the tap had not dispensed anything and the test was passed! I am not sure it is really a problem of batteries as it shows <10% health but it doesn't complain about anything!

What's new

In addition to bug fixes, this update contains a new confirmation step when opening or closing the valve on your Flo Smart Shutoff. This will help avoid any unintended actions while browsing the app.
