App malfunction! I recently switched phone models and changed to a new card, now my app is glitching and I am unable to perform ANY transaction on it! I have already complained and sent emails but no solutions offered! I need to use the app urgently in 2 days time overseas and now I have to switch to another finance company because Merchantrade has not resolved my problem! Nobody picks up at customer service!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! They'll block access to app when user change to new phone and user need to call a number that never answer. User will lost all their money and topup after that.

This application is very bad... I sent money via their remit feature. It's been almost 1 week and I haven't received my money... even though they promised it would only take 1 hour. even their customer service cannot be contacted.. I am very disappointed this is very bad
