App downloads in Portuguese. Can't read it to change it to English. Not usable

This app is racist. Assumes my identity is Portuguese without allowing me to even switch to Spanish or English. Product is useless.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. It immediately puts itself in Spanish language for NO REASON. I can't even get to a setting screen to fix it because I have to navigate the login IN SPANISH for no reason. Can't even use
