Their cars are well maintained and clean. They deducted my deposit without explaining the charges. Their fastag didn't work and I had to pay twice at tolls. Currently their daily rentals has promotion code going on but the app and website will fail to apply.

Worst services provided to me in each aspect. No customer satisfaction, no proper support from customer care, Hub in-charge..All Arguments only. Vehicle was not serviced properly full engine sound, door sound and door was properly functional. I had very bad experience and it was a family trip, i went to hub with my vehicle problems no one was ready to support me. I was forced to take same vehicle since I paid 18k for 3 days booking. Zoom app and Revv apps are much far better service provider.

Had booked XUV300 These guys charge premium for Old , dirty ,unmaintained vehicles , more over despite multiple times asking if the fasttag will be working they mentioned it will be but it was not , causing us to spend double the toll charges from out pocket that they do not even reimburse . Moreover causing delay for everyone on all toll booths
