What do you use the NIBC Hypotheken app for?
• View your current mortgage information
You can see at a glance how much has been repaid, how much interest has been paid and when the current fixed-interest period ends.
• Changing data
You can change your contact details, password and bank account number online.
• View and download annual overview
• Construction depot
You can submit your building account declarations, view the remaining term and possibly extend it, and view all debits in your building account.
• Extra repayment
You can make an extra repayment on your mortgage online via iDeal up to the penalty-free amount.
