The National Mobile Payments Zrt. welcomes you to the users of the National Mobile Payment System (NMFR) mobile application. The most important information about the application:
- The application can be downloaded for free on mobile phones with the Android operating system.
- Supported operating systems: Android 9.0 (or later)
- The application can be used after a simple mobile-optimized customer registration.
- Fully customizable free notification settings available.
- Shortcut icon can be set based on the user's preferences.
- During every purchase over HUF 5,000, a confirmation password is requested to complete the payment.
- You can purchase the parking permit and e-sticker for a convenience fee of HUF 50 gross from Nemzeti Mobile Payments Zrt.
- Any number of license plates can be saved in the application.
- Already purchased parking tickets and e-stickers are saved and can be reviewed in the application.
- The terms and conditions of the parking permit and e-sticker purchase are governed by the general terms and conditions of the National Mobile Payments Company for individual customer contracts.

Ratings and reviews

Worst app for parking in Budapest, no reminders, no confirmation of purchase, keeps eating your money for hours, you have to set a separate reminder for it. If you buy a vignette, there is no confirmation of purchase, you end up paying twice sometimes and good luck getting it back! It's a black hole.

At the moment you can only top up with max 4999 Ft. From 5000 Ft you need password. I add my password, although the amount is not forwarded properly to the payment company (OTP) Fix it, please. Thank you.

Not impressed. There is an option to save a debit card to simplify regular payment, but it does not work (as the customer service confirmed, this is intentional due to safety reasons). Still, the option is there, without any warning. Also there is no option to set the app to park longer than 3 hours (or to re-initiate it automatically), so I had to use an alarm to restart it manually every single time.
