Since mid-June, the app has been broken and will not open past the NorState logo on my phone and won't go past the logo screen on my husband's. I have un-installed and reinstalled several times with no change.

Seriosly considering closing my account. I used to see my transactions as they happened even if there was a pos hold placed. Since the last update i have more than one transaction that i can not see and it has been a week since the transaction was made. Now i fear spending as i dont want to chance an overdraft. Other updates were a learning adjustment but this update feels deceptive. Even on wifi it is extreemely slow to load .

I enjoy the customer service at Norstate always there for any problems or questions I have regarding my accounts an the security alerts are a definite plus have been with them for years now wouldn't think of any other place I'd rather go thanks to all the efforts to everyone involved thank you for your excellent service
