I've used it for a couple of days. It's a nice app so far but there is room for improvement. When I instruct to send copy of ticket to an email address it shows its loading even after sending the email. Also the terms and conditions is not being displayed properly, text is a little jumbled up.

This is not how an app should be designed. You're basically loading the webpage on the app. Horrible app design. Takes forever to load anything (just like on website). Even the loading screen needs time to load. Overall, it's just too slow

Good app, no prblm but I know NOVOAIR as best for premium service. Base on that, I want more into the app. Like, we can't see past flight details that we have made. Please include this type of small things and please look at the graphics design part of the app. Make it more premium. Thank you NOVOAIR 🤍
