Very lousy service. I ordered online from your store for the very first time. But, it turned out to be very dissapointing. Quality of packed products doesn't look good from outside, looked stale. Some of the packets like oil were leaking which had ruined other products too. Also, the billing was not correct as some extra products were added which I didn't ordered. And for replacement had to call delivery guy and store manager several times but to no avail.

We're a regular customer of suvidha since many years...and now it's more easy and convenient to order online through app. Although it's nice, easy to use app. but sometimes it doesn't show anything while searching for products it keeps loading and says could not load at the moment...please fix this asap. otherwise it's good. Just to mention that sometimes got damaged product n few items were missing. But overall it's satisfactory.. thank you for the next day delivery service..👍👍

Placing order is really easy and services too. What else one need However a problem occured last time. I placed an order to be collected from store. I paid for it and picked the goods. If items are missing or not available, user should get a call regarding this and he or she should be provided with alternate options for unavailable items.
