Every time something is broke with the app they blame it on user error just to find out that it is actually a bug 6 months later. They hook you in by sending leads close to you and then send you hours away or out of market. Support is horrible and onelce your algorithm is off because of their mistakes it can not be fixed. Find other lead sources!!!!!!

The idea of this app is great. But the way it works is terrible! I have literally Been in the app when a lead came through and touched claim instantly and says it's already gone. This is really disappointing!!!! It will also come up and say that I have leads that expired that I did not claim. I never received any kind of notification about them at all! And this is how we get graded as far as our status??

If you use voice-over-IP, especially over something like Starlink (slightly higher latency), you will not reliability receive lead calls. I tried to work with their support to improve this situation (it's a latency threshold misconfiguration on their side). But they are uninterested in resolving the problem. Bizarre and disappointing.
