The OTWin app gives you mobile access to OTEDV's OTWin ERP system.
All employees thus have direct access to all orders, master data, appointments and other data in the system.
Overview of the main functions:
- Create orders
- Process orders
- Create/update customers (also via eGK reader)
- Start phone calls
- Sign documents (delivery notes & order forms)
- Photo documentation (images/scans) in orders & master data
- Navigation & route function
- Messages between employees including order forwarding
- Calendar & Appointments
All work and changes are done live in the system without synchronization.
A notice:
In order to be able to use the OTWin app, the Windows ERP system OTWin is required as a back end.
In addition, a mobile service must be installed for communication between the backend and the app.
The mobile service is installed by OTEDV support.
The access or release of the permitted end devices (smartphones & tablets) can be managed independently in the ERP system OTWin.
