My rewards number doesn't work all the time. I earned a reward and it wouldn't scan. It was in app and scanned as invalid. The store is clean, the staff is efficient. But my rewards had been off and on for over 6 months. I have lost lots of points I get gas every 2-3days. If it wasn't for the fact I need Top Tier gas, I would go back to speedway! Points help me save money!

Apparently something happened on the backend, and I have not received credit for any of my purchases this summer. Told to "update the app", when I use my fon # NOT the app at the store.

Won't scan my barcode at ANY location. Clerk constantly had to enter my phone number and then gives me dirty looks because there are 10 people waiting in line behind me and she doesn't have time to do all this. Why won't the barcode scan?! The clerks at multiple locations complain about it NEVER WORKING!
