Individual people are too small for the big companies like Panasonic, who owns Technics, to listen to an individual and fix a problem. I emailed them but they did not reply. Ever since installing this app my phone has ghost touches on the screen that caused the keyboard to reset or disappear regularly while typing or voice to text. Typing in this reply took about 5 minutes with all the glitching. Please fix the app!!!!!!!

I have the AZ80 and this app works very well. I've owned several ear buds and out of all of the accompanying apps, this is one of the best. Many are cumbersome or need a UI overhaul. One thing I would like is a widget to control sound modes, but also make it customizable for favorite modes. For instance I use modes, SUPER BASS+ and Custom. To be able to favorite those and easily switch between per song would be wonderful. Otherwise is a great app experience!

Love the app, but would definitely love a dark mode for it, as well as better volume options a press and hold for up and down volume would be ideal. I prefer a hold option for the volume ex. Of what I've used left ear to turn volume down right to turn it up. Double tap right ear to skip double tap left to go back. Slide up or down on either bud to fast forward song, single tap to answer/end call those are just my preferences, but definitely with the gesture controls were more customizable
