This app worked great for the first month of the 2021 2022 season. Ever since then it's horrible. I sit in the parking lot trying to pull up my tickets in advance. the app buffers and never connects or I get a white screen & nothing happens. I then enter the building & try to do the same thing get my tickets up before I go through the metal detector. I have to open & close the app numerous times before I can get it to work to pull up my tickets. It takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to get tickets up

Complaint is strictly about the radio stream. Galaxy S9, 20gb free, wifi or cell, app reinstalled and it regularly stops streaming and/or closes. Audio quality is often poor. Unable to make it through 1 period without failures all season. Time for the Checkers to seek another app developer.
