Used to be good. The app used to work wonderfully but ever since the last update it won't work with my grill. The recipe aspect is cool and all but what is the point of offering WiFi capabilities if the app doesn't work. My grill is connected to WiFi so that isn't the issue. It also won't work with Bluetooth either. The app won't show temps and you can't control the grill. Pitboss need to do better and fix this problem it seems to be a recurring theme on here.

Really bad app ... Great grill. This app is very glitchy. You try to search for a food it crashes. I just opened it and it seems there was a recent update. Now... I cannot control my temp. I can't do anything related to the grill. It is extremely frustrating. We went with the pit Boss because the price was a bit lower and it had app access. Only to find out the app is horrendous. Do better pit boss. Edit: Search is working now, but now I can hardly get it to connect to my grill. Total Garbage.

Good Grill, terrible app! This app is very glitch and crashes/freezes very often. Alarms on app are nothing more then a push notification with a single ding when alarm goes off. There is no way to feed the auger without enabling the igniter. The recipes are difficult to search. The cooking analytics screen is very basic with no good description of time interval.
