This Official Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited mobile app will enable the consumer to view his old and new Energy Bills and Make Payment towards them. It will also assist the consumer to register complaints and track their status. In addition, Consumer will also be able to register Service Requests for Bill Correction, Meter Replacement, Disconnection, Reconnection, Load Change, Name Change and Category Change etc.

Pathetic app as it doesn't have basic feature to view electricity bill online. Customer should be able to check and review bill online and if required download as well. Secondly every time I need to look for my consume number and so I can check on payment status. If my consumer number and mobile are already linked why do I need to manually enter each time. Developer really needs to work on improving this app.

No outage information is there, in kota we have CESC app which shows information about whole city and also i had registered a complaint which was marked as resolved even without visiting the site and no service was done either my voltage still fluctuates

It's really disgusting to find it the most unfunctionable app experienced so far. I am trying to open it but every time it shows server error. It is requested to make necessary updates to make it customer friendly.
