This app was really slow and lagging with wifi on. I figured out that you can finish it fast with no lag (thanks to customer service) by using airplane mode. First you have to sign in using your zip code and access code. Then before resuming, go to airplane mode. After you can resume and there won't be any lag or delay so you can finish up fast. Hope this helped someone.

It's not as bad as most claim. It is time consuming, yes, but so is a walk through. Had I not had to pause a few times, I'd have had the inspection done within a 20 minute period with absolutely ZERO issues with uploading videos/photos (never once did a video continue to record), & ZERO crashing issues. Was rather a painless process. A bit of patience does go a long way. My only complaint is...I'm not getting paid to do someone else's job (hence the 4 star rating)!! 🤷‍♀️🤣

Super terrible app. Crashes, video worked for front of house but not for side, no customer service will be available until afternoon but I saved this morning to get this done. App says inspection will take about 30 minutes but no way is it only 30 especially with it crashing. I just downloaded it today and, after it crashed and I turned app back on a few times now my home/power button is hot to touch. Have not done anything else new to the phone and that had never happened before.
