If you want me to use the app to book my appointments, make sure it works in the first place. Can't even get it to go to the service screen half the time, and the other half of the time when I do get there, the options don't work, it pulls a drop down menu that has no other options. I go to feedback to provide feedback, it crashes. I go to FAQ, it crashes. This app does nothing.

the app has been useless for me , where I tried to book service appt , all the drop down box appear to be empty despite so many login logout attempt , not mentioning the whole app is such a lag , not sure who is the developer , must be one lousy QA

The stupidest app I've ever tried. Words cannot describe how frustrated I am with this app. Click on something and it took ages to load (most of the time it just get stuck). Hire a pro and fix this proton!
