It is targeted for followers of Uttaradi Math and others to know about today's Panchanga in a very handy way with all necessary and appropriate details. It has Samvatsara, Ayana, Rutu, Masa, Masa Niyamaka, Paksha, Tithi, Shradha tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga and Karna. These are the basic details required doing sankalpa before starting any punya karma. It also highlights below the day's special in the chosen language. User can change language under settings.
Now t is available in 6 languages i.e, English, Sanskrit, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Marathi. User can also view specific Menu items like important Festivals, Aradhane of Madhwa Yatigalu, Ekadashi, Tarpana days, Shubha/ Ashubha details.
This version has a calendar view with number of tithi
displayed on specific calendar date. There are three
different coloured dates highlighted in a month. Two for
Ekadashi(11), One for Pournima(15) and the other one for
Amavasya(30). User can navigate using calendar months and have quick and broad view of the month. If required, more details can be seen on tap on specific date. Search works in English for now. It is global search based on data entered in English only. Enter the text and tap done to view the list of options. There is Menu search also available in English only.
The sunrise and sunset timings are as mentioned in UM
Panchanga.
