Having banked with Broadway since my 15th year (37 now), I have to say I love my phone and in-person interactions with the bank. That said, this is an unreliable app that does not load well at random times, and it is rather frustrating. I hope that with the great resources available to them, that they will hire a proper team to fix these random blackouts after 11pm. It is 2024, not 2004. Even before that year, I have banked with Broadway.

Unable to access my account from the mobile or desktop versions. The user agreement takes ages to scroll through on the mobile version and when I finally got through it all, the system tells me I can't be validated. This is unacceptable. *Update** after trying unsuccessfully to access my account all day, I was finally able to register for access. Great, except that I log into my account to check recent transactions... and none are showing. This has got to be the worst release ever.

App used to work fine for me, then they did an update and now the new app isn't working for me. Every single selectable option on the bottom, such as home, transfers, deposit, pay, and offers, keeps me on Mobile Check Deposit Service, I'm not able to leave that page at all in the app. Extremely disappointing, being that I selected to download it from the Google Play store from the Google Play icon on the Broadway Bank website, so it should be legit, but no.
