About this app

With the RealVNC® Server mobile app, an IT technician can remotely access mobile devices to support users.

There are two ways to connect:

• Start a remote session using a secure 9-digit code that the technician provides (this requires a RealVNC Connect subscription with On-Demand Assist).

• Devices that are managed using a mobile device management (MDM) tool can be pre-licensed by the IT Team. A session can be started without a session code, but the mobile device holder still needs to authorize the connection. This requires a RealVNC Connect Enterprise Device Access subscription.

Key Features
• Privacy with end-to-end encryption on all remote sessions.
• Fast, effortless connections using RealVNC’s secure cloud service.
• Protection from unwanted access with end-user connection approval.
• View and control your Android devices using RealVNC Viewer

In order to control your Android device remotely, you will need to grant permission for us to use the AccessibilityService API.

DON'T USE THIS APP. If I could put down a 0. I would. This is a scam apparently. I tried to activate a streaming app on my tv and the technician took me around in loops. Once I told him I wouldn't jump thru all the hoops, he became verbally abusive and used a TON of profanity. DON'T USE THIS APP.

We're sorry to hear about this, Chuck. It's important to only give access to someone that you trust and can be sure is who they say they are. Please email support@realvnc.com with as much detail as you can – including the logs from the RealVNC Server app (https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002321517) – so we can investigate further.

I'm a tech at work, but I'm using this for personal use. I want to control all the computers in my house, on my own router, whenever I want, without INITIATING the call. Make those changes, and make it a $5 download if you want. I love VNC, it would be great to just have the server running in the background like it does on everything else in my house. That's what I want from a VNC server, and it looks like that's what everybody else wants too
