When adding items to the basket it confirms but nothing is in the basket. So frustrating. 6 months on; same problem. Please fix this app. It's now March 2024. This app is still so frustrating. I'm trying to shop but every time I start entering information it reboots. Please please fix this app. A other issue. You can. Only use the card once at the airport. Raised a complaint but was basically told to go away.

The app works fine, and it is good to have discount at checkout at certain airports. However, the points based on purchase are not reflected even a month after the purchase - which means there is no way to progress on the tiers, and get higher discounts. This needs to be properly supported. Update : Received a response from Dufry, mentioning you can claim missing points online. However, this does not work as I can get up to the submission form, but the submission page is passive.

Was working fine. And the app won't load. Keeps crashing and I've reinstalled it 5+ times and still nothing!!!! Updated:: The tech team did a great job and I'm very happy with the app thus far as it doesn't crash anymore as it did. I would like to add if you can add some more Canadian and US airport it would encourage us travelers to shop more..
