3rd time changing my review, The worst of its height is Redx. I quit usimg this app. Changing my review, once again. Lost parcer, retuning problem like they will damage your product with 80% possibility and the others are quiet good like delivery and the delivery boys they have improved. Payment and refunding is good as well.

REDX is the most disgusting service in Bangladesh. I've been a REDX merchant for more than 4 years & I've always faced several issues with their services, none of which they were able to solve. First of all their pickup agent's behaviour is worse than slum dwellers! You give pickup request today and they'll contact you but won't pickup the parcel for at least 3 days. Each day a different agent will call you and ask if tgere is a pickup available! Their office has no control over them.

Worst service. Delivery man charged extra cash outside the app in order to deliver the parcel. RedX team didn't take any action against him but indirectly supported rider's evil activity. Steadfast would be a greater option.
