I had recently ordered to sell my mobile. It always shows as pick up requested and then no one comes to pick up. Whatsapp support always says that the issue is escalated to the concern team. And concern team cancels the order from their end and asks to place a new order. Did the same and again no one came to pick up. There is no way to talk to customer support. Unfortunately, this has been happening repeatedly now. The service has now become horrible. (Order number MPMBB10738100, MPMWE10650310)

No concern about customer, not satisfied with the service. The price as told on the app will never be given, it is atleast 40% lesser than promised. They tell problems like back cover is loose, when it's perfectly alright. Even if you sell them a new phone they can find problems in it. Finally it's blatant blackmail you want the amount take it or else leave it. Didn't expect this from the app.
