Earlier version before the update was much better than the current one. We could access the back office from app itself, and now it redirects to the browser. Fund transfer interface was also better with payment status and transaction status within app. It was much more convenient before. Even the data for portfolio vs demat also showed but now it does not.

"Among all the services I've used, SMC's is the worst, and their customer service is even worse. For the past three days, I've been trying to log into my account, but despite entering the correct password, I can't access it. There's been no response or support from their side, and the service is completely unsatisfactory."

Something wrong with no backend checks. Portfolio doesn't show anything for about a week now and says 'no holdings data available'. Support page for putting up our concern takes us to a web page which returns and error without showing up.
